Learn How to Better Manage Tourism Crises
The PATA Thailand Chapter will hold an all-day workshop called, “Risk & Crisis Management in Tourism.” The Wednesday June 17 event at the Dusit Thani in Bangkok has been organized by Thailand’s acclaimed tourism crisis expert, Mr Bert van Walbeek of The Winning Edge, who is also a Risk & Crisis Management Advisor to the Government of Macau SAR. The programme will cover essentials such as the essence of crisis management, reduction and readiness, response and recovery, case studies, the role of the media and the importance of cooperation within the industry.
